This promotion is conducted by Choices Flooring Kapiti Coast, located at 31 Milne Drive, Paraparaumu, New Zealand. 

Participants have the chance to win a free hard flooring installation*(limited to laminate and timber flooring) up to a maximum area of 50 square meters. 

The prize does not cover any flooring preparation costs (sub-floor preparation). 

The promotion period is from 9 am April 10, 2025 to July 30, 2025 11:59 PM. 

To enter the draw, participants must: 

Book a quote for hard flooring between the specified promotion dates. 

Place either a full or partial deposit towards a flooring order within the promotional period.  

 If you withdraw your deposit or cancel your order, you will become ineligible and automatically disqualified. Deposits will be refunded in full Terms and conditions apply*. 

Each qualifying customer is limited to one entry into the draw. 

The winner will be selected via an in-person event and live-streamed on Meta the social media platform at Choices Flooring Kapiti Coast on [August 1, 2025, at 10:30 am.] 

The winner will be notified via telephone and/or email within two business days following the draw. 

The prize covers the cost of installation (up to 50SQM) of hard flooring purchased from Choices Flooring Kapiti Coast. 

The prize excludes any costs associated with sub-floor preparation, additional materials, products not listed as part of the purchased flooring, or any additional labour required outside standard installation. 

Prize is not exchangeable for cash or transferable to other products or services. 

The installation must be scheduled and completed within three months of the winner being announced unless otherwise agreed upon by Choices Flooring Kapiti Coast. Circumstances that could allow an extension - product availability, unforeseen delays, or customer’s reasonable request.  

Choices Flooring reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise submitting entries not in accordance with these terms. 

Choices Flooring reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or alter these terms without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This would be done with accordance to Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) 1993 and Fair-Trading Act 1986 (FTA). 

This promotion is restricted to hard flooring products. This includes laminate and timber flooring. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choices Flooring Kapiti Coast's liability for any claims arising directly or indirectly from this promotion shall not exceed the retail cost of the prize awarded. 

Choices Flooring Kapiti Coast will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. 

Standard product and installation warranties provided by Choices Flooring apply to the flooring products purchased. 

Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion, notifying the winner, and providing ongoing communication as outlined in Choices Flooring’s Privacy Policy. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Participants submit to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
